The pull-down menu on top of the page is an easy and fast way to access almost every page on our website. Simply roll over the main menu with your mouse and new menus will appear. Click on the item you are interested in and the corresponding page will load automatically.

Alternatively, you can navigate our website by using the sidebar on the left of each page. Arrows indicate that an item contains further information. If you click on an item marked with an arrow, a new page will be loaded and the sidebar will again show the available items.

If you want to find specific information quickly , use our search engine. Simply type in one or more search words that describe the contents you are looking for. Words are connected by the boolean operator "OR", which means the results page will list all pages containing any of the selected words.

We use PDF (portable document format) files for some documents that are too long or otherwise unsuitable for presentation as web pages.
