Your application process

Apply online

Please submit your application online through our careers page and attach your current CV and other documents that you want to provide.

2.

Receive feedback

We will review your documents promptly and usually get back to you within two weeks. If your profile matches our requirements, we will invite you for an interview.

3.

Personal introduction

Depending on the position, one to two interviews take place, either virtually or on-site. It is important to us that we meet you in person at least once.

4.

Decision

If it is a good fit for both sides, you will receive a specific contract offer. We will clarify any open organizational issues together as well. Before your start, we also require your complete work and educational certificates, as well as a current criminal record.

Your onboarding


Has your application process been successful and you have received your employment contract? You might now be wondering what your first day at work will look like. We want to make your start at Louisenthal as pleasant and easy as possible. Therefore, you will be optimally supported by us even before Day 1.

On your first day, your manager will welcome you and assist you with all organizational matters (e.g., you will receive your company ID or your work clothes). Of course, getting to know the team is also a top priority. Depending on the location, an onboarding event will take place to ideally prepare you for your new professional home. Finally, there is a detailed onboarding plan and feedback sessions that will help you learn the essential tasks and processes and quickly get acclimated with us.
