I’ve forgotten my password/user name – what can I do?

Please click “Forgot password” in the log on section of the online application tool. You will receive a mail with your access data (user name and password).

 

Why do you need my e-mail address?

We need your address so that we can send you your user name and password right after you register for the first time. This ensures that in case of any system problems you will be able to re-access your personal pages in the application wizard, even if you haven’t sent your application yet. We also need your e-mail address so that we can get in touch with you.

 

How can I change my personal data in the application wizard?

Log on with the user name and password you received via e-mail in the personal section of the application wizard. This is where you can change your data.

 

What happens when I release my profile?

By releasing your profile, you make it possible for us to check your application not only with regard to the position you are applying for, but also with regard to other vacant positions which may be of interest to you. As a result, your profile will remain available to the staff in Human Resources no matter whether you apply or whether your application is turned down. This way, it will be possible to send you an e-mail, informing you about potentially suitable job offers. Your data will not be forwarded to the representatives of the division involved in filling the position until you have actually applied for the advertised vacancy.

 

How can I delete my personal data?

In order to delete your data, you must log on and explicitly delete your data by means of deregistration. You can access the “Delete data” function via your personal start page. But please note that your details will be irrevocably deleted. You will have to re-enter all of the information to register or apply again. So please make sure that you actually want to completely delete your data as opposed to leaving your data in the system and just blocking your profile or revoking your application.

 

Is it possible to apply for a position abroad?

If you are interested in working at one of our foreign branches/subsidiaries, please contact them directly with your application. You will find the corresponding contact information here.

 

Can I make an unsolicited application and apply for an advertised position at the same time?

I am having problems opening the job advertisements – what can I do?

Make sure the pop-up blocker on your computer is deactivated. Otherwise you may experience display problems.
