Management changes at Louisenthal
March 02, 2012 – Dr. Wolfram Seidemann has been appointed with effect from January 1, 2012 to the Management Board of Papierfabrik Louisenthal GmbH, where he will be taking over as CEO. In this position, he will be responsible for the Product Management, Marketing, and Sales units of the technology company based in Tegernsee/Germany. This appointment sees Seidemann taking over from Michael Böhm, who retired at the end of 2011, but who will still be active for the company in a consultative capacity.
From March 2, Dr. Wolfram Seidemann, Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors at Louisenthal, and Guido Koller, the company’s Managing Director for finance, purchasing, and HR, will also assume production and engineering responsibility for the paper mill.
The current Managing Director – Production and Engineering, Sebastian Loewenberg, is leaving Giesecke & Devrient by mutual agreement. Mr. Loewenberg joined Louisenthal on January 1, 2009.
This change marks the start for a wider reorganization of management responsibilities at Louisenthal.
